For the majority of his career Gregg has managed all aspects of trademark law for his clients including clearances, the registration process, licensing, co-branding deals and related transactions, and protecting, policing, and enforcing trademarks.
In his practice, Gregg prioritizes emerging areas of law that complement his IP focus and enable him to advise clients comprehensively. He works actively in the AI governance space, counseling clients on legal considerations around the development, usage, and potential risks involved in development, acquisition and use of AI platforms. He is a certified Artificial Intelligence Governance Professional (AIGP) with the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). He is also an experienced advisor on data privacy and security, holding Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US), Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) and Fellow of Information Privacy (FIP) credentials from the IAPP. Gregg is knowledgeable about data protection law and practice, including jurisdictional laws, regulations and enforcement models; essential privacy concepts and principles, including company policies and compliance; and legal requirements for handling and transferring data.
